Dear members,

This coming week-end is our last one and your participation is very important on both Saturday and Sunday. Here is the agenda:

1.Saturday morning 9.00:  Small collective effort to prepare the course for the Club Race (The job consists only in setting up the arrival choral and install the timing equipment. We will also need volunteers to be caller, starter, on the scoreboard  and to do the timing). 2.Saturday morning 10.00: Club Race where all racers participate as well as their parents who want to provided they wear a helmet.
3.Immediatly after the race, Big clean-up of end of season (bringing down the B-Nets, Willy bags and storing everything).  All members participation for this task is mandatory.  (Don't forget your cutters)
4.The traditional Hoot will follow with the Slush cup in the afternoon and the Méchoui
5. Sunday 10.00: In the bar, medals and trophies; short end of season debriefing.
